Want to get into your feelings? Olivia O'Brien has your back. Releasing the song "I Don't Exist" in September, O'Brien uploaded the music video for the jam four days ago. The song revolves around isolation from the world, finding happiness within loneliness, and self-dependence, and this is shown in the video. This sad-happy tune makes for a good jam session while driving in your car but also a good cry session when you are feeling alone. O'Brien uses her music as a way to sing about upsetting thoughts in happy beats, and her fanbase appreciates that she produces important music for the world to listen to. The American pop/indie singer Halsey is an icon, and her music comes from such a strong energy and passion for the world to listen. Her newly released song "Without Me" sounds more mainstream and unoriginal than the beauty she has created before. The lyrics however, are amazing and show Halsey's true pain as she questions her old lover if they are fine without Halsey in their life. The good from this release is that hopefully a new album will be announced soon and Halsey will shake the music industry once again.
American Horror Story eighth season has arrived. Fans went wild when they heard some of the original early season characters would be revived for "Apocalypse", including characters from Murder House and Coven. The show is played every Wednesday at 10 P.M. EST on FX.
The Twilight Zone, a 1959 TV Series, does not compare to the more common Twilight where vampires and werewolves fight for Bella. This weekend, spend time watching Twilight Zone as the cloudy weather will add to the already spook effect of the show.
The title for my blog comes from Hyde's record store in That 70s Show, which is one of my favorite T.V. shows. It also is derived from my love for music, or groovy tunes. That being said, this weekend, binge watch or re-watch That 70's Show, and listen to Led Zeppelin, a key staple of the show. Spend your weekend rocking and relaxing to 70's vibes.
